Dr. Nelsen's extensive experience in human resources has earned him key consulting positions with executive management in both public and private companies.His direction of critical HR operations has resulted in successful policies and procedures with human resources development, organizational development, staffing, recruiting, coaching and training.When consulting with Thomson Learning Center, Kenneth successfully developed and implemented the ‘Change Management' process.At Human Resources Management Consulting, Kenneth established the consulting services and organizations key to many companies success.

Prior to consulting Kenneth held numerous Director, Human Resources positions at Silicon Valley companies, including Kenneth Epson Electronics (where he was also Director, Corporate Administration), Hyundai Electronics, Northern Telecom, Samsung Information Systems and Kaiser Electronics.

Kenneth earned his BA in English & Psychology at Notre Dame Da Numer University, his MA in Transpersonal Studies (Psychology) at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, his PsyD, in Psychology at Southern California University for Professional Studies and his PHD, in Human Resources Management at Hamilton University.Kenneth is certified in Mediation-Conflict Resolution by the State of California.
