DR. KENDALL NELSEN NAMED 2004 OUTSTANDING PHYSICIAN OF THE YEAR!

He's a Saint!

The Medical Society Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Dr. Kendall Nelsen is the recipient of the 2004 Outstanding Physician of the Year Award.One NCMS member commented that he is "simply a saint."Dr. Nelsen will be honored on Tuesday, July 20, 2004 at Uva Trattoria Restaurant, Napa, during the Society's annual installation of officers and awards dinner meeting.

Dr. Nelsen came to Napa in 1972 and joined the NCMS in March 1973.He served for many years on the Society's School Health Committee and was a consultant for CMRI.He graduated from UC Irvine Medical School and completed his pediatric residency at Children's Hospital in Oakland, California.Dr. Nelsen was chosen by the Easter Seal Society as the 1992 Humanitarian of the the Year.
