While in law school, Mr. Neighbors served as Judicial Intern to the Honorable W. Royal Furgeson, Jr., United States District Judge, Western District of Texas.Following law school, Mr. Neighbors served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Mary Lou Robinson, United States District Judge, Northern District of Texas.

Mr. Neighbors is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the Houston Bar Association.He is a member of the labor and employment law section of both the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association.Mr. Neighbors is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Texas.

EDUCATION

Mr. Neighbors received his B.B.A., with honors, from Texas Tech University in 1997, where he was on the Dean's and President's List.Mr. Neighbors received his J.D. from the South Texas College of Law in 2001.
