Mr. Joe Neely , president of AESI Resources group , whose mission is to acquire profitable resource companies for AESI , including capital , marketing , technology , intellectual and corporate development companies.He stated our resource companies have a dual mission of building their external client base while providing resources to AESI product and service companies and the CHE's.Some of the current AESI resource companies are :.

Mr. Neely also said that AESI has publicly announced that it is making a tender offer to acquire this year the controlling interest in Optimark Data Systems , Inc. ( ODS ) , a Vancouver , B.C. company that is traded on the Vancouver Stock Exchange ( VSE ) and over the counter in the US ( OPMK ).ODS is a software firm with its systems installed in some of the most premiere university teaching institutions.ODS's new designs are being developed in concert with AESI and are fully Internet and Intranet compatible.They help create dynamic clinical and business pathways , giving AESI and its clients real time outcomes.
Mr. Neely went on to say that if AESI is successful with its tender offer to acquire ODS , AESI would change its name to AESI of Canada , Inc. , move its domicile to Toronto , Ontario , Canada.Further , it would apply for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange ( as a subsidiary of AESI ) and seek top Canadian board members and management to rollout AESI products and services in Canada.
