Michelle Neal, General Counsel Michelle is the General Counsel and a Limited Partner at Fulcrum Power Services. She manages all legal activities for the diversified energy company.

With legal experience at both large and small firms and a major corporation, Michelle has concentrated her practice areas in energy, corporate law and commercial transactions. Her professional background includes being Of Counsel with a major national law firm, General Counsel with a major corporation, and a partner with a boutique transactional firm in Houston, Texas.

A graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, Michelle received her law degree from South Texas College of Law in 1986. In addition to her work at the company, Michelle currently serves as Co-Chairman of the Finance Committee for Neighborhood Centers.
