    Michelle came to Robbins-Gioia in 2002. She is responsible for Robbins-Gioia’s entire human resources program and administration at multiple facilities. Previously, she was human resources manager at Tyco, Inc., where she was responsible for all aspects of human resources, payroll, safety and environmental, housekeeping, security, and mailroom functions.

    Michelle earned an MBA in human resources and training from Mary Washington College and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Strayer University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society of Human Resource Management.
