Frank Neal, Fun-Raiser's president and CEO, said the stock tips, press releases and fluctuations of each of the companies on the fake stock market are predetermined.

"We actually know what's going to happen," he said.

The trick is to get the timing down about when to buy low and when to sell high.

As for the now two-time champions Team Towne, Neal said, "They obviously have figured out the game."
