On Monday, March 16, 2009, Sheriff's Investigator Eric Neal was asked to assist officers with the Adult Probation and Parole Office in conducting a home visit on a probationer at 418 Timberlane Road in rural Mountain Home. o contact was initially made at the residence, but as officers were leaving, a vehicle pulled in.The passenger matched the description of the probationer. hen the probationer saw officers, he jumped out of the vehicle and fled on foot.

It was also reported to Corporal Campfield that a second victim had been chased by the offender with a rifle and threatened with death.Sheriff's Investigator Eric Neal arrived to process the crime scene.Evidence, including a 7mm rifle, was located and seized.

At the conclusion of a follow-up investigation and interviews by Investigator Eric Neal, these two men were charged as follows:

Investigator Eric Neal was called to the residence to process the crime scene and interview the male juvenile victim to obtain possible leads as to the location of the suspects and female.The juvenile had sustained non-incapacitating physical injuries to his person as a result of the assault.He did not seek or ask for medical attention at the scene.It was also found that the suspect had driven his car into a vehicle parked at the residence belonging to the victim, which caused substantial damage to that vehicle.

At approximately 6:15 AM, Mountain Home Police checked a residence on Maple Street for one of the suspects, a 17 year old juvenile.This suspect was found and taken into custody.He was transported to the Criminal Investigation Division Offices to be interviewed.

About 8 p.m. Wednesday, Beavers and her husband were fighting inside their house off State Highway 5 South in the Jordan area, according to a sworn statement by Eric Neal, an investigator with the Baxter County Sheriff's Office.
