Eric is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a BBA in accounting. At Sam Houston State University, Eric was the president of Beta Alpha Psi, the honorary accounting fraternity and was a guest lecturer for various conferences for the Texas Association of Counties. After graduation, he worked for BDO Seidman LLP in Houston and then transferred to KPMG in Shreveport. He is currently employed at RBM LLP in Shreveport as a financial statement auditor with a focus on oil and gas accounting. He is a co-chair of membership for the Young Professionals Board in Shreveport and is a member of the Independence Bowl Foundation.
