"We are thrilled with the prospects that this education grant will bring to northeast Iowa," said Emily Neal, director of Environmental Outreach at Luther."The beauty of this grant," Neal said, "is that it reaches various age levels in the community, providing programs for young children through adults."Neal said the programs are intentionally linked together in order to maximize the benefits.
