Mr. Neal has over twenty-five years of financial and operational management experience in healthcare.He was Co-Founder , CFO and Executive Vice President of Heritage Management Services , Inc. , a long-term care management company.The company owned or managed long-term care facilities in Florida , Georgia , Alabama , Tennessee , Kentucky , Washington , Hawaii , California and New Mexico with approximately eighteen hundred ( 1 , 800 ) beds and over $42 , 000 , 000 in annual revenues.Mr. Neal recently engineered the sale of the majority of the company's long-term care facilities and management contracts.He has served as the President of the Tennessee Healthcare Association and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Administrators.He has also served on the Legislative and Government Relations Committee of the Tennessee Healthcare Association and the Reimbursement Policy Committee of the New Mexico Healthcare Association.
