A. Howard Neal, Vice President - North American Sales Mr. Neal has held increasingly responsible positions in banking and business-to-business sales in the manufacturing industry.He has over ten years experience in sales management and a proven record of growing sales and improving customer satisfaction by following the basic philosophy of putting the customer's needs first.

He also has hands-on experience managing a staff of chemists in the adhesives manufacturing industry and knows first-hand the value of an automated system to manage the tremendous volume of data generated by a laboratory.He holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
