Ron Naymark

Pnina Levermore, our Executive Director, and Ron Naymark, our Board President, visited the community during their recent trip.They brought a letter from the youngsters of "Magen Hesed", wonderful pictures showing a vibrant community's life as well as a request for $135 per month for medicine for those who have extreme medical needs.Pnina and Ron made a presentation at the Congregation Beth Jacob in August which hopefully will enable an exciting new partnership.

JCC of San Francisco - Charitable Jewish Fund "Eva", St. Petersburg

The Assistant Director of Fund "Eva" visited San Francisco in Mid-August 2002 . She met with the SF JCC to explore a new Yad L' Yad partnership and they are currently looking at options and alternatives.

Bay Area Council received $234 from students of the Peninsula Jewish Day School.The funds along with thousands of dollars from other donors will enable the community to help to its members with the most pressing needs (medicine, heating bills exp., food etc.)
