   In sad news, the board accepted, with regret, the resignation of Mrs. Wanda Navoyosky as elementary principal. Navoyosky has been a staff member in the district 33 years.
   
   She served 17 years as a special education teacher; eight years as a first grade teacher and five years as the principal of Highlandtown Primary, grades K-2.
   
   For the last three years, she has served as the K-6 principal at the school complex. She also has served as the district's special education coordinator the past eight years.
   
   Her resignation takes effect at the end of December.
   
   In her letter of resignation, she says she needs to spend more time on the needs of her family and to also try other avenues of employment.
