Luis has been served as General Manager of such organizations as Data Centro (largest communications and banking organization in Central America), general manager and founder of Risdesa which is a Financial, Credit Card Issuer and Communications company that belongs to Grupo Financiero Banco del Agro.For some time, Luis was General Manager of Rencredit, a financial and leasing organization that belonged to Grupo Financiero Construbanco.He has also been a speaker on Quality Function Deployment, Management, Organization and High Tech, topics and also a professor at Universidad Mariano Galvez and Francisco Marroquin, in Management, Systems and Marketing.

Luis Navas is a proud member of a Christian church in his country.All of this experience provides background as to why his personal associations and relationships with a multitude of employees and authorities within the Central American financial system -- is matched by his personal acquaintance with large number of people within the commercial and industrial sectors.Not only that, but Luis also counts as friends many within the Education community.His Christian faith provides him with numerous contacts within the Church.Luis' curriculum vitae serves as a powerful reminder of what one man -- purpose driven -- can accomplish in life.He has served as a member of such organizations as the American Entrepreneur Association, American Management Association, American Internet Society and the Association of Managers of Guatemala.He has been served as National Consultant by the United Nations within the framework of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).Luis has served in some projects in the government establishing high tech projects in his country . He has developed high-tech solutions for several financial, industrial and commercial organizations and he is a trainer and speaker on Quality, Management and High Tech topics.His clientele includes Grupo Financiero Continental (before their merging with Grupo Financiero G&T) and Grupo Financiero del Pais, Seguros La Ceiba, Grupo Tecun, Prensa Libre, Pizza in El Salvador and some other organizations in Central America.He has developed comprehensive technical systems for financial institutions, and was responsible for the development of the first credit card software in Central America through Visa International.He also led the first ATM network and Corporate and Home Banking in Central America.Luis has provided administrative services and project development models for corporate clients.He has achieved high levels of success in providing cost-effective technical solutions over a number of decades of professional life.In his role with Talking Communities, Luis is responsible for the Central American and Caribbean market.Talking Communities is thrilled to have, on their team, a man of his caliber and experience.The Spanish speaking people of Central America will find in Luis has man who truly desires to effectively serve their communication needs.
