   Robert C. Navarrete, Board Member
   
   Bob was born and raised in San Jose California. He has over 23 years of experience in the banking and financial industry. He started his career with Arthur Young & Company in San Jose as a tax accountant. From there he spent most of his career with Wells Fargo and Bank of America in Corporate Lending. Bob also has years of experience in real estate and construction lending.
   
   Currently, Bob is a Senior Relationship Manager for First Republic Bank in Palo Alto California. Bob has B.S. degrees in accounting and real estate from San Jose State University and has completed graduate work at Golden Gate University, San Francisco California. He is also a graduate of Bellarmine College Prep in San Jose.
   
   Bob was the Board President for several years of the Emergency Housing Consortium (EHC) in San Jose. EHC is the largest provider of homeless and family shelter in Santa Clara County. Bob also worked with San Jose,s United Way on a committee for strategic planning.
   
   Bob has been married for 21 years to his wonderful wife, Josie. He also has two great children, Michael and Eileen. Bob is an avid runner and enjoys golf, reading, sailing and camping.
