   BRUSSELS, June 6 (Beta)-On June 6, Mining and Energy Minister Radomir Naumov received backing from EU Energy Commissioner Andris Piebalgs for the Framework Convention on Sustainable Energy Development in the Balkans, a treaty proposed by Serbia.
