Mr. Nathan currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Bridium.He is responsible for the overall operations of Bridium, from implementing the company's business model/vision to managing daily business activities.

He began his career as an electrical engineer at Larsen & Toubro in India.He moved to the U.S. and became a research associate at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.In 1985 he joined the MIS development staff at the Atlanta University Center at Morris Brown College.

Two years later he joined Unisys Corporation as a senior project analyst.In 1990 he founded Kanchi, Inc.Kanchi specialized in enterprise client server solutions to the property & casualty (P&C) insurance industry.It also outsourced software and provided full data processing service for a wide range of clients in the P&C, claims applications, subrogation and litigation, risk management, workers' compensation, CRM, connectivity and document imaging systems.In addition, he co-founded Bridium in 2000.

Mr. Nathan graduated from the University of Madurai (India) with a degree in electrical engineering.He earned his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina (Charlotte).

Background

As Chief Information Officer, Mr. Nathan is responsible for all software development, infrastructure, production, hosting and related support operations.Mr. Nathan has over 20 years of experience in technology.In addition to his formal management training, Mr. Nathan has also founded 2 very successful technology companies.

Prior to joining Harbor Payments, Mr. Nathan co-founded and served as President and COO of Bridium, Inc a wholly owned subsidiary of Harbor Payments.Prior to Bridium, Mr. Nathan successfully founded Kanchi, Inc. which specialized in solutions to the Property & Casualty insurance industry.Before then, Mr. Nathan was with Unisys Corporation and Larsen & Toubro.

Mr. Nathan holds a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Madurai University, India and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
