Jeff's focus is on enhancing client service by providing programming support for financial and order entry systems , maintaining a technical support help desk for the agency , and managing the Information Service Department's staff.

Jeff joined KDA in January of 1997 after demonstrating his experience , objective approach , and ability to remain focused on critical issues while working on the Computer Steering Committee as the senior representative of Ketchum Communication Inc.'s IS group.He was with Ketchum Communications Inc. for five years , and before that was with Equibank for 13 years in its IS Department , most recently as director of corporate operations.

He attended ICM School of Business , and received a computer science degree from Point Park College , both in Pittsburgh.
