A walk-on to the Central Washington University wrestling team, the last college wrestling program in Washington State, he earned a spot through hard work and talent.

In the off-season Nall trains and competes in US National Wrestling Tournament. This last June he wrestled for a spot on the US Olympic team. Additionally, he has been coaching wrestling for the last two years.

Extremely active, Nall loves wakeboarding, snowboarding, skiing, hiking, climbing, biking, and running. Currently he is single and lives in .
