Ashley Nakano, Executive Pastry Chef Ashley Nakano is the Executive Pastry Chef at Hilton Waikoloa Village . Previously the Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, Nakano supervises day-to-day operations in Hilton Waikoloa Village 's pastry kitchen including preparations and production of breads, dessert items and showpieces for the resort's restaurants and banquet events.

Originally hailing from Honolulu, Ashley Nakano began her culinary career nearly 10 years ago with stints at Michel's, Grand Wailea Resort, Meritage, Acqua Restaurant as well as serving as the Assistant Pastry Chef at Hilton Waikoloa Village in 2002.Nakano is the winner of numerous 'Taste of Honolulu' dessert contest awards.
