Andrew "Andy" Nakano started with Servco Pacific in March of 1979 as an assistant VP at Toyota City.Since then, he held positions as division manager at Waipahu Auto and Lexus as well as operations manager of the Leeward/Lexus Group and finally SVP and operations manager for the Auto Retail Sector.Last August, for his final move, he transferred back to Servco Lexus-Honolulu as executive sales manager.

Andy says there are many moments that he will always cherish.One memorable moment was when he was part of the team that represented Servco at the first Lexus distributor training at Lexus USA in Torrance, California in 1989.The training was memorable as it touched on the new product and the philosophy behind it.The team brought back the training that included the Lexus Covenant and was instrumental in getting Lexus to where it is today.

There have been many individuals who have worked hard to gain the respect of their co-workers and customers.Andy enjoyed working with these individuals and says that they are the reason for the company's success.
