Beth Nadeau- Director of Social Work
Beth Nadeau has worked with Healthcare Financial, Inc. (HFI) since it's founding, joining the company as a Patient Enrollment Specialist after earning a degree from Wheelock College in Social Work.
Now, as Director of Social Work, Ms. Nadeau is responsible for the department's daily enrollment operations, which span the region.
She has become a leading expert in Medicaid eligibility and operations.
She is a key contact for HFI's clients and works closely with them to develop and implement on-site procedures.
An invaluable resource for clients and field staff, Ms. Nadeau creates and conducts training sessions on Medicaid and Disability eligibility, applications and enrollment techniques.
Ms. Nadeau has worked and volunteered in battered women's shelters, advocating for women's social issues and has worked with disabled children and adults in educational and therapeutic settings.
She dedicates much of her free time to the arts, creating glass artwork.
