William Muto, President and Research Director

Bill Muto oversees all aspects of the research program design, data collection and reporting at Archer Market Research Services.

With more than fifteen years experience designing and implementing measurement and consulting projects, Bill possesses particularly strong expertise in qualitative research techniques.  Prior to forming Archer Market Research Services in 1999, Mr. Muto managed the market research group at Citizens Bank, in Providence, Rhode Island.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Rhode Island College and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Bryant College.

William is responsible for managing all aspects of the program design, data collection and reporting process at Archer.His expertise in quantitative research techniques is unsurpassed.William works hand-in-hand with Archer Research clients to define study objectives, coordinate research program design (including appropriate methodology and sample plan) and develop concise and relevant reporting deliverables.
