Ahmad Mustapha joined the civil service in November 1979 and was appointed assistant secretary in the international economic analysis division of the Finance Ministry.

Among his previous posts were project coordinator of the National Institute of Public Administration (Intan) and principal assistant director of the investment and development division in Federal Territory Islamic Religious Department.

Nooraishah began her career in the civil service in August 1975 and among the posts she held were programme coordinator in Intan and minister-counsellor in the Malaysian embassy in Brussels.

And making CASE work is the inspirational father and son team of Ahmad Mustapha Sy and Al Haj Malek Sy.

Al Haj Malek Sy is the present Senegal Minister for Sports and Tourism, while son Ahmad has been put in charge of overlooking the development of the college in his capacity as the Vice-President of CASE.

CASE is comparatively new in the world of soccer.The senior Sy , known as ,Le Suri, (the cut) for his decisive runs through any defences during his playing days , supervised the formation of CASE in 1992. ,Since then, we,ve been consistent with churning out players for the national squad,, beams Ahmad.
