Facilitators Elena Mustakova-Possardt and Bill Allmart bring different and complementary experience with Bahá'í social and economic development.Elena, a psychologist, educator, and home-front pioneer in rural West Georgia, received the 2003 Carter Campus/Community Partnership Award for founding the Latino Initiative of University of West Georgia, and for her grass-root work with the immigrant Hispanic populations in rural West Georgia.She has studied and published extensively on the nature and dynamics of moral motivation and moral consciousness.She also works closely with the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá'ís of Bulgaria and serves in its development efforts in Bulgaria every summer.
