Richard Murray directs the firm's litigation and general business services activities. He has long experience in all Federal and State trial and appeal courts in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has won significant cases for his clients in all kinds of business disputes. The kinds of cases Mr. Murray has won for his clients include trade secrets theft, copyright infringement, breach of contract, civil rights and other employment disputes, commercial law disputes and government contract actions of all kinds. He has successfully represented clients in security clearance disputes He has also successfully represented his clients who were being investigated or audited by government entities, such as Inspectors General, defending them from accusations of fraud or other improprieties. First admitted to the Bar in 1963, Mr. Murray is presently admitted to the Bars of Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is the author of numerous publications.
