Jim Munselle started at Columbia in 1969, sweeping the floors while attending trade school at Kaynar.He soon became an operator and began to learn the screw machining business.In 1975, Jim continued his education with classes at Brown & Sharpe, learning cam layout and design.Jim became the General Manager at Columbia in 1979 and took over the day-to-day manufacturing operations.
