W. Thomas Munsell, P.E. is Founder of Munsell Associates, Inc.Engineers/Architects, Southfield, MI. Since 1978, the firm has specialized in structural engineering design of building renovations, new buildings, and structural masonry design.He has been active in the development of the "Building Code for Masonry Structures," ACI 530/ASCE 5/TMS 402, and the Masonry Designer's Guide.Mr. Munsell is a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Michigan Society of Professional Engineers.
