According to Packers Pro Shop store manager Deb Mulry, around 50 people waited in line Monday morning for the store's 9:30 a.m. opening to grab the latest Packers gear - shirts and hats emblazoned with the NFC North Division Championship logo.
"There was definitely a big pickup," Mulry said."After the win, shoppers were in a really good mood, which made for a really good morning."
Mulry said fans were anxiously awaiting the final whistle Sunday so division championship garb could officially hit the shelves. The Packers clinched the NFC North Division, their first division title in five years, after a 30-20 win Sunday over the Chicago Bears at Lambeau Field.
"We couldn't stock the shelves until the Packers won, so we had a bunch of people watching the game in the store, waiting for it to happen."Mulry said."We were ready to go right after the game."
...
"Oh, we won't mention that," Mulry said."We don't want to jinx anything."
