Gary Mulroyan - General Manager Timber

Gary Mulroyan joined Bedford in mid 2002, initially as a consultant to review performance and long term viability of several of Bedford's business units.He was subsequently offered employment with Bedford, and then took up an Executive role as General Manager of Operations in January 2003 overseeing manufacturing, procurement, inventory, distribution and production functions.Gary was subsequently appointed General Manager - Timber and is now ultimately responsible for the performance of all Bedford's commercial timber operations, including sales, marketing and new product development additional to previous responsibilities.Gary has a wealth of expertise in production and project management, having held senior management positions with organisations such as Westons, MPI and Arnotts.He has considerable experience in standards accreditation, having implemented HACCP, ISO, MRP and JIT programmes in a number of companies.Gary holds a Bachelor of Engineering, and has also completed management, leadership, project management and quality assurance training programmes.
