William T. Mulroy, CLU, is director of institutional assessment at The American College.He also is an assistant professor of insurance on the faculty.
Since joining the College in June 1984, he also has served in a number of other capacities.From 1997 until April 2004, he served as director of human resources, overseeing staffing, compensation, and benefits administration at the College.As market research analyst from 1984 to 1988, he conducted numerous research projects concerning College programs, created financial models of student behavior and attrition, and developed annual forecasts of new matriculations and registrations.As director of Planning and Evaluation from 1988 to 1994, he coordinated the strategic and annual business planning process within the College and managed special assignments, including the "Back to the Classroom" program and production of numerous video presentations about the College and its programs.From 1994 to 1997, he was responsible for the administration and integrity of the examinations delivery function, including the Examinations on Demand (EOD) network.
Mr. Mulroy received his BS from St. Louis University and MBA from the University of Kansas.He is a member of these organizations: Society of Financial Service Professionals, Society for Human Resource Management, WorldatWork (formerly American Compensation Association), and World Future Society.
He and his wife, Kathleen, reside in Ambler, Pennsylvania.
