Mr. Mulroy joined FBW in October,1997.His primary responsibilities include financial structuring and analysis, document review, preparation of rating agency presentation and credit analyses, in addition to the day-to-day banking/advisory activities for municipal, healthcare, education and specialty 501(c)(3) organizations.During his seven-year public finance career, he has successfully completed transactions totaling more than $700 million.These have included both tax-exempt and taxable financings, insured, rated and non-rated issues, and fixed rate and variable rate issues.Mr. Mulroy graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University's College of Commerce and Finance and received an M.B.A. from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Steve MulroyDeputy DirectorMulroy brings more than 10 years of public finance experience having previously worked at Ferris, Baker Watts and Legg Mason Wood Walker.As an investment banker, Mulroy worked with a variety of tax-exempt borrowers ranging from municipalities to colleges to health care providers.He has successfully completed numerous types of bond issues including insured, rated, and non-rated issues, fixed rate and variable rate bonds, and new money and refunding issues.Mulroy earned an M.B.A. from New York University and graduated with a BS in finance from Villanova University.
