  Amy pointed out that the vendor may not be willing to give free product for both the Info Fair and the Cookie Dough Assembly for students, but we can check to see it's a possibility. Consideration will also be given to staggering the start or end time of the Info Fair with Meet the Teacher time so those manning info tables will have time to meet their children's teachers.
  
  Survey: Amy reviewed the survey results, based on the 35 responses received.

  Closing: This being the last board meeting of Amy Mulroy's term as president, she thanked the current board members for their service. The board returned appreciation to Amy for a job well done.

  A monthly newsletter was published, thanks to CSPN Vice President/President-Elect Amy Mulroy and the website was enhanced and updated regularly, thanks to Milton Craft.

  Vice President's Report: Amy Mulroy encouraged parents to complete the CSPN survey mentioned earlier. She reported that there are still Campus School logo shirts available and parents should contact her to make a purchase. Amy then introduced the board for the 2006-07 school year. Amy will be CSPN board president, Pam Rose will be vice president/president-elect, Mary O'Kelly will continue as treasurer, Lee Meyers will continue as secretary and Senese Duhart will serve as assistant treasurer.

  Welcome: President Amy Mulroy called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. She thanked everyone for attending and welcomed them to the first CSPN meeting of the year. Amy then introduced this year's CSPN board members, including Vice President Pam Rose, Treasurer Mary O'Kelly, Secretary Lee Meyers and Assistant Treasurer Senese Duhart.

  CSPN Goals for This Year: Amy told the group that CSPN's focus this year will be on fine-tuning the parent network into a group whose members support each other, answer each others' questions and enjoy camaraderie and fun together. Her hope is that the group will become more cohesive. While CSPN will still work hard to raise funds for important school purchases, she doesn't want that to be the only area of emphasis.
  
  Info Packet: Amy pointed out that info packets were recently sent home. She noted that the packet included information on how we raise money and how we spend it, and she encouraged parents to review that information. She also asked parents to look at the volunteer form, identify ways they want to be involved and send the form in.

  Vice President's Report: CSPN Board Vice President/President-Elect Amy Mulroy reported on plans for this year's book fair, which will be held on March 20-24. This year the book fair features a "Camp" theme, which promises to be a lot of fun. Many parent volunteers are needed. Amy thanked Yearbook chair Anna Inman for completing last year's yearbook and making good progress so far on the 2005-2006 yearbook.

  Amy noted that CSPN will be sending out a parent survey right after Spring Break and she urged parents to complete and return the survey so CSPN can be responsive to parents' needs.
