   CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Dec. 13, 2007 - The Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation today announced Amber Mulnik as Director of Communications.
   
   She will be responsible for leading the non-profit's marketing communications programs and media and community relations.
   ...
   Mulnik is a member of the Four Oaks Cornerstone Board of Directors, serves as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner for the City of Robins and is actively involved in the Advertising Federation of Cedar Rapids-Iowa City.
   
   A native of Sallisaw, Okla., Mulnik earned a degree in mass communications from College of the Ozarks in Point Lookout, Mo.
   
   She had been communications program manager at Alliant Energy in Cedar Rapids. Prior, Mulnik held public relations positions with CMF&Z Marketing Communications in Cedar Rapids and Fleishman-Hillard in St. Louis.
