The American Red Cross announced today that Kevin L. Mullin has joined the Tulare-Kings Chapter as Executive Director.Mr. Mullin is responsible for overall Chapter operations, communicating with the local Board of Directors and national American Red Cross, as well as coordinating with other local government and non-profit agencies.
Mullin is a Central Valley native, with 13 years of non-profit experience, including fundraising, fiscal management, and media/community relations.He worked most recently as the Team in Training Director for Fresno's Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
"I look forward to enhancing the work of this Chapter by bringing in resources that can help us to better serve our community.There have been a large number of house and apartment fires in the last couple of months that have depleted our local disaster fund.One of our Chapter's immediate tasks is to ensure disaster assistance to all who need it in Tulare and Kings counties," explained Mullin.
