Ed Tellings, Director of Operations for HUD Columbus, presented Ms. Lindgren and Mr. Mullin with a Certificate of Recognition.

   John P. Mullin, Director, Red Mortgage Capital, Inc. originally was affiliated with Chemical Mortgage Company for many years as a Vice President of Multifamily Origination. He went on from there to open his own operation, named JP Mortgage Company. JP Mortgage was acquired by RED's predecessor entity in September 1995. Mr. Mullin has more than 30 years of mortgage banking experience, including more than 25 years devoted to originating FHA-insured multifamily loans. He has served as a past President of the Columbus Mortgage Bankers Association, a Trustee of the Columbus Apartment Association, and a Member of the Columbus Board of Realtors and the Ohio Mortgage Bankers Association. He also has been extremely active in supporting numerous organizations, most notably, the Charity Newsies organization.
