   Jim Mulligan, Board Member. Jim is a United States Navy Veteran. He is age 64. He has been married to Mary Ann for 43 years. He has two grown children and one grandson. Jim and his family have been Bel Air Ranch residents since 1987 and he has been active with the board since 1995. Jim also functions as the neighborhood watch captain. He is the owner of Sky Promotions Outdoor Advertising which has been in operation for 24 years. His hobbies are: flying, painting, guitar, and antique automobiles.

   Jim Mulligan, president of Sky Promotions, a promotional searchlight and aerial advertising company in Tucson, Arizona, and a frequent contributor of material to this site, recently dedicated his restored 1942A GE unit to the 225th by affixing a plaque to that effect.
   ...
   Marked "Historical Unit" and bearing the plaque dedicating the equipment to the 225th, Jim has further adorned the display with a large reproduction of the cover of the March 1942 issue of the Saturday Evening Post, which depicts a searchlight in action. All the former members of the 225th thank Jim for his grand gesture and want him to know they appreciate his efforts at publicizing their role in World War II.

   On October 10, 1998, the Skylighters searchlight and generator restored by Jim Mulligan was exhibited and operated at a military vehicles show in Tucson, Arizona.
