Arthur Muller , is Vice President of Operations and Customer Satisfaction.Muller has over 15 years experience in computer-aided engineering ( CAE ) software development.Before joining C Level Design , Muller was the Director of Finite Element Technology for Visual Kinematics , a leading component software supplier to the major MCAE software houses.

Prior to Visual Kinematics , Muller was a founder and Vice-President of Customer Support for Centric Engineering Systems.While at Centric , Muller held various other positions including product design and international sales.Before joining Centric , Muller was a Senior Engineer for Marc Analysis and Raychem Corporation.Muller received Bachelor's degrees in Physics and Mechanical Engineering and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Catholic University in Rio de Janeiro , and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

Yuri Panchul , 29 , is Chief Technology Officer and founder.Panchul is responsible for leading technology development of C Level Design's product offerings.He has more than 12 years of experience working with object-oriented design , high-level programming languages , and hardware description languages as well as in developing EDA tools , compilers , and embedded systems.

Prior to founding C Level Design , Panchul was a principal developer of Mentor Graphics' Seamless CO-Verification Environment.He integrated Microtec Research software development tools with hardware simulation environments from Mentor Graphics and Cadence.He also developed a bus interface model for PowerPC processors and the X-RAY debugger instruction set simulator for the Motorola 68K family.Panchul holds the equivalent of an M.S. in applied mathematics and computer science from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.Panchul has also held senior engineering positions at Creative Labs and Cognitive Technology.
