Frank Mullaney is an instructor in the College of Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University's Providence Campus.Before entering the classroom, he served as executive chef at the Airport Radisson, one of the University's practicum properties. Mullaney came to Johnson & Wales from a long career with the Hilton chain of hotels, including time in the kitchens at Pittsburg, Chicago, Palm Beach and Dallas.
