Kerri Morin

Kerri Morin is a Structured Settlement Specialist servicing the offices of Laguna Niguel and San Francisco, California, and Henderson, Nevada.

Her responsibilities include assisting clients with case evaluation, preparing settlement proposals and attending settlement conferences and mediations. Kerri also performs file reviews, client trainings and court hearings to resolve cases. She participates in several claims associations, risk management groups and settlement annuity seminars.

Kerri began her structured settlement career as a Case Manager for a national structured settlement firm in Tampa, Florida and Houston, Texas. She also has experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager for a prominent benefits administration firm and as the Regional Operations Manager for a large fund-raising company.

Kerri is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association.

Kerri is a Settlement Annuity Specialist in the Laguna Niguel and Las Vegas offices.She has extensive business development and structured settlement experience.

Her responsibilities include attending settlement conferences, mediations, arbitrations and other disposition hearings designed to resolve cases.In addition, she designs and presents settlement annuity plans, prepares quotes, handles releases and applications, performs file reviews, and interfaces with clients, the court and attorneys.Kerri analyzes life care plans and vocational rehabilitation reports and projects future loss of earnings and lifetime medical awards and judgments, as well as handles all necessary functions in finalizing settlement documents.She also participates in local and national seminars on the use of settlement annuities.

Prior experience includes the position of Case Manager for a prominent settlement annuity firm in Tampa and Houston.In addition, Kerri spent four years with Hewitt Associates in Newport Beach as a Business Analyst and was Project Manager for Hewitt Associates in The Woodlands, Texas.Other experience includes Regional Operations Manager for Entertainment Publications in Houston.

Kerri is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association.
