Kelly Morin is a Project Planner with the Tahoe City, California office.She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Ecology from Sierra Nevada College in Incline Village, Nevada.Ms. Morin has worked on several transit studies and is our in-house expert regarding the preparation of Regional Transportation Plans, having prepared RTP's for Plumas, Trinity, Modoc and Sierra Counties.

Morin said that several passengers expressed such complaints about the current service as being late or not providing helpful information to riders.

One rider from Planada said it takes him about 45 minutes to reach Merced on The Bus.

"But I don't have transportation," said Abel Salinas Thursday afternoon at the Merced Transpo Center on West 16th Street."And it gets me where I need to go."

Upon the survey's completion, LSC will compile the data, evaluate the efficiency of The Bus and submit a report with suggestions to MCAG, which will review it for possible modifications and improvements of the transit system.
