Clarence MorganClarence Morgan is an expert with baskeball fundamentals.Mr. Morgan has been an Assistant Coach for both a Men's National Basketball Team (Belize City, Belize) and a Women's Basketball Team (Glendale Community College, Glendale, CA).Clarence just recently left his General Management position at the Players Club in Los Angeles, CA, and has taken the Athletic Director position at the Salvation Army in Sacramento, CA.He is a natural leader as well as organizer.He has developed non-profit youth basketball programs, academic workshops, business subsidiaries, and marketing strategies.Clarence also has CPR and First Aid certifications.

Rick Mc.PhearsonRick Mc.Phearson has worked extensively in Community based organizations with a diverse group of youth whose ages range from adolescence to adulthood.He is dedicated to assisting in the process of educating humanity to promote understanding and awareness effecting the future of communities in general.His passion for helping kids stems from being raised in the home of a childcare provider.His mother was a strong role model, and made sure to instill the best qualities in each of her six boys.Being the youngest of the six Rick learned about life from watching, doing, and trying many things on his own.After graduating from California State University Sacramento in Psychology, Rick soon found that his true love was working with kids.So with that he left the business world behind to pursue his heart.He presently serves as the Co-Founder and Co-Director for Jump Ball Inc.
