  On Thursday, August 20, 2009, I filed a report here on RedCounty entitled "Alert: State Senate approves Sentencing Commission" Today, the Assembly by a vote of 41 - 35 approved SB 18XXX by State Senator Denise Moreno-Ducheny (D-San Diego, District 40), which was watered down from the original bill AB 14XXX.
