Mr. Alvin Benjamin Moore

Alvin Benjamin MooreMr. Moore has been a KCTCS employee since November 1999.Prior to his KCTCS employment he spent 26 years at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant working as an electrical engineer and project manager.Mr. Moore is currently a Coordinator of Institutional Effectiveness at West Kentucky Community & Technical College (WKCTC).His noteworthy KCTCS experiences include presentations at League for Innovation in the Community College, KCTCS, and KY state conferences, writing the business plan supporting the construction and current operation of the Paducah Challenger Learning Center on the WKCTC campus, providing research and administrative support for the organization of the Purchase Area P-16 Council, serving on a past KCTCS-RSVP action team, and currently serving on the executive committee of the KY Local P-16 Council network.His special interests include organizational learning and improvement.
