He served the company in a variety of roles, including Vice President of Compensation and Vice President of Benefits, before assuming the position of Vice President, Operations Administration in 1997. Moore was named Chief Operating Officer - Outpatient Services Group in July of 2004 and to his current position of President-Outpatient Services Group in January 2006.
  
  Moore's current board memberships include the HCA Foundation, Ensworth School and the Martha O'Bryan Center.
  
  A native of Laurel, Miss., Moore received a bachelor's degree in finance from The University of Mississippi. He resides in Nashville with his wife Karen and their three children.
