JENNIFER MONROE was born and reared in Orange County, California.Following an eight year art career with the Walt Disney Company, she received her M.F.A. in metalsmithing from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, where she also taught metals and art history.Her work has been shown nationally, receiving several awards, and has been published in various books in her field.Monroe has returned to Southern California where she currently teaches and continues to create and exhibit her work.
