Duncan Moncrieff

Duncan joined Procom in 2004 as an Associate Director, having spent 27 years in the Energy, Infrastructure and Construction Industries.The last 9 years has been spent at a senior level in the PFI/PPP marketplace, working in the Health and Education sectors.

He brings with him a detailed working knowledge of PFI/PPP process, SPV Management, Bid Management and a specific expertise in Partnering Services which was gained from the NHS LIFT initiative.

Duncan is currently using this experience to develop an efficient and cost effective Local Education Partnership (LEP) model for the Building Schools for the Future.
