Biography for Dr. Philip Monchar
Philip Monchar has over 20 years of market research experience working in both the corporate and research vendor sides of the business.
He founded The P. Harris Company in 1995 with the primary goal of offering high quality market research covering both the consumer and business markets.
His experiences have included studies of new product and service development, pricing, customer satisfaction and loyalty, market segmentation, technology and brand preference, product feature bundling and customer retention and churn, among others.
Philip has applied a broad range of skills in solving his clients' marketing problems within a business context.
In achieving these goals, he developed a number of innovative methodological solutions to his clients' real-world problems where traditional approaches just would not work for budgetary or technical reasons.
