Jaki Mitchell

Jaki Mitchell is being appointed partner in the firm's Thames Valley offices from 1 April 2006.Jaki trained in HCW's Reading office and qualified in 1995.For the past nine years, she has headed-up the Thames Valley's Accounting Solutions Group, specialising in the accounting and outsourcing needs of SMEs and new companies setting up in the UK.As a newly-appointed partner, Jaki's continued responsibilities will be to lead and expand her 20-strong Accounting Solutions Group in providing advice to growing businesses in the Thames Valley.

Jaki works closely with her clients to build strong relationships and has a wealth of experience in advising companies on the structuring of their accounting systems, procedures and processes. She also specialises in advising foreign parent companies or UK Directors who are investing into the UK for the first time.

Jaki joined Horwath Clark Whitehill's Thames Valley office in 1987. After qualifying as an Accounting Technician, Jaki went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant in 1995.

She progressed to Senior Manager within the Audit and Assurance sector predominately acting for owner-managed businesses and in particular those with hands-on accounting requirements.
